Important information regarding Upgrade
Products: To qualify to purchase an
iCorrect Upgrade Product you must have previously purchased and posses a
valid serial number for an iCorrect plug-in or stand alone color
correction software product.
The following products qualify for upgrade eligibility:
iCorrect OneClick Plug-in, iCorrect Portrait Plug-in, iCorrect EditLab
Pro Plug-in, and iCorrect EditLab Pro Stand Alone Application. To
qualify to purchase inCamera 4.5 Upgrade you must have previously
purchased and possess a valid serial number for inCamera 4.0 plug-in.

Software Upgrade Products page where you may place and order for upgrade

Service Product Offerings
Extended Download Service
If you need to
re-install your software and cannot locate your original
installation file, you can order the Extended Download Service,
and we will resend your software download link. This
service will enable you to re-download the product(s) purchased
through the Online Store within two years of the date of
purchase for the sole purpose of reinstalling a replacement copy
in the event you have reformatted your hard drive, inadvertently
uninstalled the product, or changed computers. The
Extended Download Service only applies to the version of the
product originally purchased.
*For
verification purposes the order name must be the same as the
original software order. Please insert the original order
number, product name, and platform in the Comments/Special
Delivery Instructions section of the order page.
Upon verification, we will forward a an Extended Download link
via e-mail. |

Backup CD
If you need to re-install your software, and cannot locate your
original installation file, you can order a backup copy on
CD-ROM. For only $14.95, we will send a Backup CD with
Serial Number directly to you. Price includes all shipping
and handling charges. Backup CD's are shipped via US Postal
Service to addresses in the USA and Canada only.
*For

Serial Number
Retrieval Service
If you need to re-install your software and cannot locate your
serial number, we will retrieve it and re-send it to you.
If you would like to order an upgrade and cannot locate your
original serial number, send an email with original order
number, product name, and/or other relevant details from the
original order such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone
number to
PictoColor_Service and we will retrieve your serial
number free of charge.
