None of us likes to be without any software program we
have come to rely on day in and day out.
Nor do we get excited about having to pay full
price for replacement software.
That’s why we’ve created a list of service
products to help ease the pain and reduce the burden of
replacing your computer, reformatting your hard drive,
or simply misplacing your PictoColor software or serial
numbers. These are administrative fees for
providing a service over and above the original
purchase.
Hopefully, one of these options will help get you up and
running quickly, easily, and relatively inexpensively.

Extended Software Download Service
If you need to
re-install your software and cannot locate your original
installation file, you can order the Extended Software Download
Service,
and we will resend your software download link along with your
serial number. This
service will enable you to re-download the product(s) purchased
through the Online Store within two years of the date of
purchase for the sole purpose of reinstalling a replacement copy
in the event you have reformatted your hard drive, inadvertently
uninstalled the product, or changed computers. The
Extended Software Download Service applies to the version of the
product originally purchased.
*For
verification purposes the order name must be the same as the
original software order. Please insert the original order
number, product name, and platform in the Comments/Special
Delivery Instructions section of the order page.
Upon verification, we will forward an Extended Download link
via e-mail.

Backup & Recover CD
If you need to re-install your software, and cannot locate your
original installation file, you can order a backup copy on
CD-ROM. For only $14.95, we will send a Backup CD with
Serial Number directly to you. Price includes all shipping
and handling charges. Backup CD's are shipped via US Postal
Service to addresses in the USA and Canada only.
Backup & Recover CD's are available for current versions
of our software
only.

Serial Number
Retrieval Service
If you need to re-install your software and cannot locate your
serial number, we will retrieve it and re-send it to you.
If you would like to order an upgrade and cannot locate your
original serial number, send us an email with original order
number, product name, and/or other relevant details from the
original order such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone
number to
PictoColor_Service and we will retrieve your serial
number free of charge.

Software
Re-Activation Service
Note: This service applies to CorrectPhoto and
iCorrect EditLab ProAPP Stand Alone Applications for Windows OS.
If you need to re-activate your software
because you
reformatted your hard drive, inadvertently uninstalled the
product, or changed computers, we will re-activate your software
via the remote server enabling you to re-install your software.
